At Ceildoor Products we manufacture and supply a wide range of Access Panels to meet the growing needs of the industry. We manufacture our Access Panels in our premises in the West Midlands, which means we can go that extra mile and design and build bespoke Access Panels to meet our customer’s exact requirements.
All our Access Panels are made from 1mm zintec steel and are fully polyester powder coated providing high resistance to weather, abrasion, rust and chemical or solvent corrosion. Our Access Panels are available in a range of frame configurations with different Lock options available and can be used in both drywalls and ceilings.
For projects where standard Zintec is not appropriate, we also manufacture Access Panels in aluminium and stainless steel. Both materials offer exceptional resistant to corrosion and rust, making them the preferred choice for environments where moisture, salt, air, humidity, or aggressive cleaning regimes would compromise a conventional steel panel over time. The smooth, non-porous surface is hygienic and easy to clean, an important consideration for food processing, pharmaceutical and water treatment settings, and suit modern commercial and industrial interiors as well as outdoor and coastal installations.
